A postpartum doula is a trained professional who provides physical, mental, and emotional support to mothers and families after the birth of their baby.
The role of a postpartum doula includes assisting with newborn care, helping with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support, offering guidance on infant sleep and soothing techniques, providing emotional support and reassurance, helping with household tasks and meal preparation, and offering resources and referrals as needed.
Packages
$200
6 hours of care split between 2-3 visits. Includes a one hour prenatal visit and consultation to discuss the postpartum care wants and needs.
$300
10 hours of care split between 3-5 visits. Includes a one hour prenatal visit and consultation to discuss the postpartum wants and needs.
$35/hr
A minimum of 3 hours.
Travel Fee (outside of Utah County) : $10/per visit

About Me
Hey there! My name is Morgan! I became a nurse in 2021, finished my Bachelor’s degree in 2023, became certified as a postpartum doula, and am now striving to become an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. From the start, I wasn’t quite sure where I fit in the nursing world. I started on medical oncology, then a year later found my place in the postpartum, mom/baby unit. It immediately felt like home for me and it’s here that I discovered my passion for helping mothers in their postpartum journey.
I discovered what a doula is and does and I quickly felt a pull to provide this kind of love and support. We aren’t meant to go through this journey alone. My goal is to support you in this wonderful journey of motherhood. Doula means “a woman who serves.” I am here to serve you in a way that will empower you and allow you to experience the joys of this journey. This is a deeply emotional, confusing, physically demanding, mentally straining, and memorable time. I am here to remind you to Give Yourself Grace.
